returns
Returns are accepted on all non-custom items, and will be refunded in full or as an exchange once we receive the item back and have determined it is still in it’s original sellable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and taking care to securely package the contents (use original packaging if possible). Please provide a tracking number; I am not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
repairs
Please email erika@erika-blair.com to describe the repair you require. The cost of restoration is determined on a case-by-case basis. At this time I am only performing repairs on jewelry I have made. Expect 2-4 weeks for your jewelry to be repaired please!
