Return Policy

  • • Returns are accepted on all non-custom items still in their original condition, within 30 days of receiving the piece. After reading all of the return policy info here, please contact us to begin your return.

    • Customers have the option to be refunded in full, or exchange their item for a different piece of equal or lesser value (the difference will be refunded accordingly). Once we receive the item back and have determined it is still in it’s original sellable condition, we will issue the refund/exchange.

    • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards) or for store credit at your discretion; store credit will be issued in the case of gift returns.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs*, and taking care to securely package the contents (use original packaging where possible). The customer is responsible for providing Erika Blair LLC with a tracking number.

    *We are more than happy to provide a shipping label upon request, in which case the shipping cost will be invoiced to the customer. Your package can be dropped off at USPS locations within 14 days from creating your label.

    • We highly recommend insuring the return package in the event that the item is lost or damaged. Erika Blair LLC is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit. In the event an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact the shipping carrier and open a case with them to be refunded for the insurance amount.

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return has been accepted or declined.

    This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

    Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear back in your bank account, as financial institutions have varying processing times.

    In the event of an exchange, an Erika Blair gift card for the original purchase amount will be issued once your return item has been received and determined eligible for exchange.

    Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as an Erika Blair gift card to the gift recipient, once the return order has been received and determined eligible for exchange.

  • At this time we are only performing mail-in repairs on Erika Blair jewelry. Please fill out our contact form to describe the nature of your repair. Once we determine the cost of your repair, we will create a website listing for the repair costs and shipping.

    The cost of restoration is determined on a case-by-case basis; customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

    For folks local to the Johnstown, PA area, we are happy to take a look at your jewelry and discuss repair options.

    Once received, please allow 2-4 weeks for your jewelry to be repaired.

  • All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately at Erika Blair’s discretion, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to an Erika Blair gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.

Shipping Policy

  • Made-to-order items (all orders that aren’t classified as one of a kind) are made and processed in the order they are received. Please expect 2-4 weeks for your purchase to be made and shipped. Our typical processing time is 2 weeks, however that timeline can change due to material availability and the volume of orders we are making at any given time.

  • One of a kind items are already made, and ready to be shipped. Please allow a processing time 2-3 days for orders placed with standard shipping.

  • We ship with USPS, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

    We offer the following shipping options:

    USPS Ground Advantage, delivery in 2-5 business days

    USPS Priority, delivery in 2-3 business days

    Once your order is made and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Your package will be dropped off the same day your label is created, barring few exceptions.

  • We ship internationally using UPS Expedited International 2-5 days, which includes up to $500 insurance. On orders requiring more insurance, please contact us for shipping quotes before placing your order.

  • Shipping costs depend on the value of your item, and the corresponding insurance value chosen. The customer is responsible for insuring their order, and Erika Blair LLC is not liable for items lost/damaged in transit.

    In the event your item is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to be refunded for your items.

    To re-order a lost made to order item, please place a new order through our website.

    If a one of a kind item is lost or damaged in transit, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to re-create the item for you. Please note that the cost of re-creation will be determined by current market values, and may cost more than the original item.

  • Once your order is made and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order’s tracking information is not showing updated activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

  • Due to the nature of our small team (hi, it’s literally just me, erika!) orders are processed ASAP but often have at least 24 hrs of processing time in which you can email us with any changes that need to be made to your order pre-shipment.

    In the event that your order is shipped before changes are made, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to update your shipping needs. Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
